These new valued packages were established completely in-house by Mahindra South Africa and they grant owners the opportunity to buy a complete service plan – for models not currently being sold with one – or without having the choice to top up their service plans and add an extended warranty – on all of their models.
This renewed and innovative vehicle support packages were designed as part of a resolute customer service drive by Mahindra and its chain of 67 exceptional dealers countrywide and other countries surrounding South Africa. It began earlier in the year when Mahindra presented its #GreatValueGreatService customer brand promise.
With #GreatValueGreatService, Mahindra promises that it delivers a wonderful homogeneous experience right across its network, while it also offers outstanding value for money. Mahindra then also holds its dealers and suppliers answerable for the quick and professional resolution of any customer queries or vehicle services.
The #GreatValueGreatService is united with the launch of the easy-to-use Mzanzi Mahindra app and devoted Customer Care line (012-865-0171). Through the app, customers can effortlessly book an appointment, locate their nearest dealer, notify emergency services, navigate through the entire Mahindra range of products and accessories and learn about any specific and unique retail offerings.
