2.5-million is a lot of vehicles- for one plant to produce that amount of vehicles is impressive and the Stellantis plant in Tychy has just reached the remarkable goal. With so many Fiat 500s leaving this production floor, the team had some celebrating to do- they had broken the record for single model vehicle production.

Since its initial manufacturing back in 2007, the Panda has been an instant favourite not only in its motherland of Italy but around the globe- it is available in more than 100 countries. With more than 80-percent of its sales outside the European motherland, this Fiat can be seen as the brand’s ambassador. It is especially well known in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands and exercises its freedom even as far as the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Saint Martin, Senegal and Ghana.

The 500 has taken many titles, especially in European countries, like the prestigious “Car of the Year 2008”, “EuroCarBody 2007”, “Auto Europa 2008”, “World Car Design of the Year 2009”, “Golden Compass 2011” and “The Most Beautiful Car in the World”. That is quite impressive and it’s no wonder that the vehicle has become so popular (especially with its trendy appeal!).

More than 6.7-million of these adorable little vehicles have found homes around the world. According to the brand, the key is to stay relevant and to be constant in evolution while simultaneously sticking to your individuality. This they have done with plenty of special edition models throughout the years that have allowed them to stay not only relevant but also top in the market.
