Mahindra South Africa offer support during national lockdown
Nine large Mahindra dealerships in crucial areas will remain open to service and support emergency and essential services located in Gauteng (Springs, East Rand, Autosphere, Menlyn and Hatfield), Mpumalanga (Nelspruit and Middleburg), Western Cape (Kuilsrivier) and the Free State (Ficksburg).
Mahindra South Africa’s CEO, Rajesh Gupta commented that none of the Mahindra dealer will be capable to trade but they are prepared to support customers with continuous roadside assistance and rapid salvage.
He also mentioned that provision has been made for customers who are unable to service or repair their Mahindra thanks to the nationwide lockdown and whose service plan or mechanical warranty expires from 1 March until 30 April. These devoted customers will receive a complimentary 2 month extinction. Vehicles that are due for a service or repair during this time may be brought in for up to 2 months after the lockdown’s expiry date.

Furthermore Rajesh would like to remind Mahindra customers about their Mzanzi App, obtainable on Apple and Android application platforms. The app can be used to query about their vehicle and schedule their next service, post lockdown.
