Audi Freeway Plan wishes to help during global crises.
The Audi Freeway Plan (AFP) is a comprehensive service and maintenance program automatically included with every Audi vehicle purchase to offer consumers the ultimate peace of mind regarding their vehicle for the contract’s validation period. It facilitates the trouble of accounting for unforeseen service and maintenance costs and safeguards all Audi vehicles within its first five years and/or 100 000 kilometers, depending on which arises first.
Audi recognises and understands the indecision presently fronting devoted Audi drivers and are for this reason applying the following measures in effort to provide liberation in these troubling times. Audi vehicular services outstanding during the Countrywide Lockdown timeframe will obtain a grace period of 1,500 KM or 1 month. Any contracts expiring from 25 March until 30 September 2020 will be protracted with a courteous and bonus month of the contract’s duration.
In addition, any services needed to be executed as part of the time and/or mileage intervals included in the AFP and Freeway Plan postponement limitations, will be granted a grace period of 1 month and/or 1,500 kilometers. Audi hopes that this will bring some kind of relief, convenience and ease to our customers and Audi drivers during this time.
